Bribe demand from Kaluballu gram Panchayat
I have purchased plot and completed the registration process.
At time of registration i have paid bribe to sub registrar office to complete the registration process.
Later i have applied for E Kahata registration by paying DD of 9950 amount to KALU BALLU panchayat Bangalore Karnataka ( after KOPPA GATE). As per panchayat officers DD amount drive from 1% of plot value.
Along with DD i have submitted all the required doc a month before.
And now when my E khata doc is ready KALU BALLU panchayat officer is asking additional 4k to hand over my documents.
when i asked him to give in writing he boldly said no and i have to make the payment becoz this the trend .
