Bribe for timely release of Monthly Salary by Office Head
I am working as medical officer.
Along with me there are other doctors and staff also who were refused monthly release of government salary on time by our office boss
We were asked and indirectly hinted to pay few hundred rupees.
This time we refused to pay any money and then around 11 doctors and more than 30 people staff of our hospital informed the higher officers of health department in writing about our complaint of denial of salary by our female in charge boss of woman's hospital Nanded
This time we succeeded as our boss had to release and deposit our salary in our respective bank account on 28 June 2015.
There was delay of more than 25 days by our boss to release salary and she could not give a fair explanation/ reasons for delay in release of salaries by her.
The Maharashtra government has made compulsory to respective department office heads to do monthly salary by 2nd of every month, but the some office heads usually do not follow orders and trouble the government servants by not releasing salary on time.
The only reason for delay is corrupt behavior and misconduct by these office heads for monetary gains.
