Bribe for getting permanent driving license
When i was applying for 2 wheeler driving license. I was asked by an agent to pay Rs 5000 to get both 2 and 4 wheel driving license without giving any driving test. He said that half the amount goes to the government officers to get this done. There are more agents than government officials in Kolhapur RTO office premises. I decided not to pay the agent or any other official to get my 2 wheeler license even i had to spend 3 days of my busy schedule. And i still don't have a 4 wheeler driving license!!!
I will only get it when i will give the driving exam.
