Hello,I am Rohit Kumar Thapa.I work in a government aided school(Matelli Rashtrabhasha Vidyalaya) in a small place called Matelli,Dist. Jalpaiguri,West Bengal.I joined this institution on 02.05.2005. on honors scale .I had completed M.Sc. Mathematics Part-1 before joining this school.I appeared for M.Sc. Part -2 Exams in 2006.And my exam leave was sanctioned in 2008 from School Education Department ,Kolkata.After my exam leave was sanctioned ,I applied for Post Graduation Scale Of Pay,which is actually entitled to my post,but no response was given , except that a clerk named Ashish Da in D.I.Office,Jalpaiguri,said if I give around Rs. 20000 as bribe, my work will be done.I have not given anything till date.I do not know what else to do,but definitely I will not give anything to these corrupt officials........
