Chai paani even for couriers
I ordered an IPL ticket from BOOK MY SHOW which was to be despatched to my residence for an extra fee of rs 50 which i paid gladly.however when the boy came to my door he demanded an extra rs 10 for delivery charges.i told him i would not pay as i had paid rs 50 and he was just asking for chai paani.i reported it immediately and they took him to task and asked him to apologise to me .he was at my door again apologising and begging me to tell his superior to forgive him....it was a small amt but all the same.i also realise that it was a private courier company which took immediate action but do not expect the same response if it is a govt machinery..chai paani is a way of life and they can make your life **********if you complain
