Complain about voilence and various Atrocities commited by my tenant (*********** *********) against me(Landlord)

Hi, I live near Thirumulaivoyil Railway Station(Chennai - 600062) which is very near to Avadi I have my own house which has two floors I live in the ground floor full and left the 1st floor for rent which is divided into two portions. Four months back a person came and asked for rent for him and his two sisters they are named Mr. *********** ********* ( Lecturer Department of English ********* ********** ********** Avadi) Miss ********* ********* alies ********** (Reporter Polymer TV) Miss ******** ******** (TCS) so we left him for rent for 5000 rupees monthly rent and 30000 rupees advance. Later he added more people his mother his girl friend and others sometimes he also spent time alone with his girl friend and his family makes the place so dirty so that people who live in the next portion also started complaining if we ask about that he acts violently and abusive he and his mother attacked my mom three times he also attacked our another tenant so we asked him to vacate the house immediately but he just stopped paying rent for two months and stayed there. One day he came down to our house and said that he got high electricity charges from the electricity board and he tried to struck my mom but fortunately I stopped him so we complained all this to the police station(Thirumulaivoyil Police Station Chennai - 600062) which is nearby on 17th of October 2012 The police made an initial inquiry they did not accept our claim about violence they said they need a physical injury may be i would have left my mom to get killed by *********. Later the police informed us Mr. ********* will vacate the house on 21st of October but he did not vacate we reported that to the police station then they said ********* will vacate 24th of October but on that day when my mom went upstairs and asked him why he is not vacating from the house he pushed my mom from upstairs but she managed and she came down safely without getting hurt so we complained to 100 and then they sent police to our house and they again made an inquiry during the process the police treated so harshly and finally they got it in written from ********* Hordoia stating that he will vacate on or before November 10th 2012 and we also gave it in written accepting that Mr. ********* will vacate the house on 10th of November. Finally he vacated 9th November 2012 and police called us for the final settlement of advance on 11th October 2012 as we found our house was in very bad shape walls and floors are completely black because of fire so calculated the final settlement and we came to 11000 Rupees as final settlement after deducting two months rent, electricity charges maintenance. In the police station the Female Subinspector of Police was already bribed so she joined with ******* ******* and threaten us in police station stating if you do not pay me 17000 as settlement i will file a case in court and lock your house until you get the judgement so we are forced by the Subinspector of Police and ******* ****** to pay 17000 rupees The police treated us so badly and abusive we had enough from them so we paid the money and gave the settlement 17000 Rupees and also we gave a return statement stating the money is settled. Later I complained the same to 100 they did not listen to me Stop this ****** bribery save our country before it becomes inhabitable Police say to prove act of violence needs injury internally or externally so next time somebody attacked you ask them to make internal or external Injury or even ask them to kill you
