Complaint against Corrupt traffic police
2 traffic police came from behind on bike when i was standing in a small lane looking for an address with two of my female friends.
First the one riding bike started with "offensive" language and started telling us that fine is 2000 rupees for drink and drive. It was clear that they were asking for it but when people around were looking and as i raised my voice saying i did not drink he changed the topic.
""The policeman behind clearly asked me to put 100 rupee under my license and give so he would let us go"". That time i asked for a receipt so in anger he snatched licence from my hand and tore a receipt with more than one charge.I was stopping him to talk to me but he just left. My actual fault was not wearing helmet as it was holi and it was uncomfortable but i do accept my fault and a very little distance of triple seat like from just one building to another. Then after this incidence when we went further we were caught by another policeman in nakabandi and he asked for licence , i showed him the receipt and he made me realize the date he put on receipt was of yesterday. I just want to let government know police are actually misusing the post and authority given them and it portrays rest honest policeman bad.
I humbly request government to take an action as we are stepping forward towards corruption free India.
