Couple of day's back me and my frnd were enjoying river ********** view at the heart of the city around 9 p.m.when 4 cop came to us start arguing and hinted that we can go if we entertain them with the money.when i asked the reason "whats wrong we'r doing here he said its a isolated place you could get killed.However we refused to pay bribe coz we didn't have the money except few bucks.
