Corrupt regional transport office.
I went to regional transport office(rto) on 11 sep 2019, I've applied for LLR test online myself. But i haven't paid test fee, so that i had to wait for a line which is not even a queue. The staffs will ask whether I've applied using driving school? If not they will write something in our application sheet. Between these problems the middleman's so called driving school brokers get their job done by entering in the middle. The staffs are friendly with the brokers. If a applicant is from any driving school then he need to pay extra charges including broker charges. And also challan of driving school people are immediately taken. So this is what i observed in RTO OFFICE UDUPI KARNATAKA KA 20
