This is to inform you that following officers are involved in corruption in land grab of my father.Gulam Mohamed Jainuddin Parkar.
My father is 75 year old and he has been harassed by following government officials for no reason by giving false notices and orders to give land in his possession. My father was owner of properties until 2010 from 1980 we have documentary proofs. We are harassed by this corrupt practices. Shri Ismail Zainuddin Parkar with help of Shri Hidayat Abdul Rahman Desai Resident of Rukhi Taluka Dapoli District Ratnagiri he is involved with many corruptions, is using his money & influence to grab the property. land was on name of my grandfather Sheikh Dawood Sheikh Mohammed Parkar after his death on 31/08/1980 owner was his wife Late Amina Sheikh Dawood Parkar when she was alive she put my father as her heir. now as records show land is reverted back to Sheikh Dawood Parkar name and following officers claim this land as disputed. from 2007 we are harassed by these corrupt officers. My father’s name is nowhere in 7/12 or any document. I don’t know where to complain for this injustice. Its very clear all those government officers passed those orders by taking bribe.
