I have filed petition in the Honorable High court of Karnataka, Dharwad vide CLR.P 101365/2014 against dishonest Police sub-inspectors of Kamalapur & Hosapete Rural Police stations for not submitting Investigation report even after 4 years of filing private complaint, despite Honorable High court orders. The IO’s are colluded with the accused persons, dilly-dallying in the case with malicious intentions in rescue the criminals who are involved in sanctioning Bank loans in the name of my deceased father after his death and misappropriation of funds. Dragging the case to the maximum extent possible and forcing me to withdraw the complaint by filing a petty false case by intimidation. These Officers will go to any extent as they enjoy certain special privileges & greater immunity. Even they will not care for any court orders/directions. Even today, I am facing immense harassment in their hands which I am unable to enlighten here and avoiding me in claiming the share in my ancestral properties. Complaining to the concerned disciplinary authorities like SP & IGP to take necessary action has evoked no response.
I hope I will succeed in taking suitable action on the erring police officers for abusing powers as well as on culprits, with sufficient documentary evidence in the interest of law. No longer must law tolerate the criminal behavior of these Officers act in helping the criminals while trampling on citizens civil liberties.
