Funny traffic cops
I was driving down a road in Noida and i must be doing around 55 kmph in my car, when a traffic cop stopped me and took me to the corner of the road. I saw that quite a few cars had been stopped and there were many traffic cops on that corner. The traffic cop checked my documents and told me that the speed limit is 50 and i was speeding on the road. I tried to argue and asked him to show me how he quantified my speed, but he kept saying that i will have to pay up the chalan. Eventually i agreed and asked him to make the chalan. He told me that the violation will cost me 1000 bucks and i can get away with paying him 500. I refused and told him to get me the chalan, and that i would prefer paying the 1000 bucks if i have made a mistake instead of paying him anything. He kept arguing for a few minutes, and to my surprise after a few minutes he asked me to leave, without paying up at all.
