Goons demanding bribe for General seat in Karnataka express.

Goons demanding bribe from people travelling in general bogies in especially in Karnataka Express.
Daily evening 2hours before train departure they stand in platform no. 1 in Bangalore Railway station(MAjestic)(SBC).
30 per seat, 50 per top seat compulsory. otherwise they dont allow people to enter inside the coach. I called Railway police 3 times one police came after 1 hour. by that time duty of goons was over.. I came to know this is happening from years.. If somebody opposes they will be beaten it seems..
