I am affected as i did not pay bribe
I had recently brought a new two wheeler. Me and my friend went directly to the RTO office and did the necessary. We did not employ any agent. Usually RC is issued with in a week, but in my case it close to one month i have not received the RC for the vehicle. Some one who is working in the office mentioned that since i went directly many in the office didn't like that, that's why the file was delayed. When i called up the office they said there is no one to dispatch the RC.Still i have not got the registration certificate. I am waiting
