Incompetent cops
My bag along with my Passport got picked, same day late in the evening I got a call from the gang asking me to cough up 10000 rupees for the documents, as they felt the documents were important. I immediately went to the local police station in my area to ask for assistance to recover my bag and the passport.
To my shock and horror the cop on duty tells me to catch this man and bring him to the cop-station and they will teach him the lesson of his life. Without wasting time with the useless officer, I went to ********** this pickpocketeer in his lair, tried to convince him I was well connected with some bhai's and even dropped a lot of names. All this while I still tried to ask some local cops on beat from the special branch in that particular area, but they instead advised me to haggle with this chap and settle the matter. Finally a bhai from my college days came to my help and I got my passport back without paying a single paisa.
Who ever say's the bhai's are bad hasn't had any experience with the cops in Mumbai. My hard earned money goes towards paying the same cop's salary? its not fair, its just not fair.
