Investigation report falsely put against me after refusing to pay a bribe
I am a 76 years old person (Name-Sachidanand Pandey, Mob. 9934243457). I was in government service under Bihar Government. I am fighting a legal battle with Siwan' former MLC Manoj Kr. Singh under a land dispute. The dispute was due to the false case (Town P.S case no. 263/13) registered by Mr. Singh against me that I have not returned his money after the cancellation of Power of Attorney, which was given to Mr. Singh by my family members.
Investigation of the said case was given to "Inspector Sunil Kumar Singh", who was then the Station incharge of Siwan town thana. He called me at his residence around 8 o'clock in the morning and told me that the case is totally false and it is against Mr. Manoj Kr. Singh not me because I have every documentary evidence that I have paid a single rupee to Mr. Manoj Kr. Singh; according to the Inspector. As well as, at one hand Mr. Singh is claiming money against the cancellation of Power of Attorney, but at the other hand he sold the properties referring the (cancelled) Power of Attorney. Inspector Sunil Kr. Singh then talked to me in a smiling way and told me that I can put the case against Mr. Manoj Kr. Singh, but you have to give some "Kharcha-paani", which was amounting to Rs.50000. Then I told him that as I was being a loyal & honest government servant, I hate taking as well as giving bribe. I also told him that as my conversation with The S.P, he assured me a fair investigation. So, Kindly go through the standard procedures and if anything is found against me also report the same. As I told these sentences, Mr. Sunil Kr. Singh violently broke down on me, scolded, abused, harassed and insulted me very much. I told him that I am a man of dignity and a respectful citizen of India , So kindly don't behave with me like this. Then he shouted that get out from here or I will put you behind bars. I returned from there highly embarrassed and sad. After some days I got the information that he has given the investigation report against me despite all the documentary and other evidences.
