This is to bring to your kind notice that in Kolkata's Alipore sub divisional office, the officials of the department of welfare for backward classes are deliberately delaying the issue of caste certificates to genuine candidates and even rejecting their applications mostly, for the purpose of procuring bribes when the candidates get tired after repeated harassment. Hence the government officials of the department are purposely rejecting and delaying their work so that the applicants are forced to get their certificate after bribing them, when they have no other option left to claim their rightful caste certificates. They are even issuing fake certificates to candidates who are neither SC, ST or OBC, for a lump sum amount of money. They are at first denied a couple of times and then they are taken to the backdoor and that's when the money exchange happens. This incident is happening right under the nose of the SDO od the area, Tanvir Afzal but I am not sure whether he is aware of this situation or not. So I am not blaming him of any crime or even giving him a total clean chit mas of now. But the main culprit of this entire rackte is Mr Subroto Pal, who is heading the department and is the in-charge of issuing the certificates. Once he passes the certificates, the SDO clears the certificates, which is a normal process. So, Mr Subroto Pal is taking undue advantage of this situation and whatever has been mentioned above, is directly being done by Mr. Pal.
Moral of the story:
1. Mr Pal is giving away caste certificates to fake candidates for a lumpsum money.
2. Mr. Pal is repeatedly harassing and rejecting the applications of genuine candidates, so that they finally give in and are indirectly compelled to give him bribe and get their rightful caste certificates.
STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THE CULPRIT.
I invite the authorities concerned of this website to verify the truth of my claim by independently performing a sting operation on Mr Subroto Pal and his day to day activities, to verify the truth of my claim.
I would also be obliged if my identity is kept confidential so that I am not unnecessarily harassed at the cost of revealing the "NASTY TRUTH"
