Maternal and child health program failure due to bribe culture PHD Mumbai
I have received three complaints from public regarding neonatal deaths at woman's hospital Shyamnagar Nanded Maharashtra . All of these deaths of babies were due to incompetent and inept attitude of doctors at SICU of the woman's hospital Shyamnagar Nanded
First patient was admitted on 28/04/2016 6.10 pm her LSCS was done by on duty Gynaecologist and the baby was handed over to the SICU duty doctor but due to incompetent and inept behavior the on duty Doctor referred the baby to a private hospital and on the sixth day the baby died. Under MCH program Government of India is spending crores of rupees for well being of its citizens but the concerned doctors and the Incharge of this hospital referred the baby to private hospital for the reasons best known to themselves. Second patient was admitted on 11/05/2016 and the third patient admitted on 22/05/2016 suffered similar fate Both patients babies also died due to incompetent and inept behavior of the on duty doctors as the concerned Doctor failed to resuscitate them because instead of peadiatrician orthopeadic Doctor was looking after that particular job, as incompetent the orthopaedician bought that post by paying money to the higher ups in health department.
That post was for peadiatrician with an experience in intensive neonatal care.
The higher ups in health department have sold their soul for money.
Within a span of less than 20 days these babies expired due to lack of proper basic care by on duty doctors of SICU. The present in charge of this hospital is acting inhumanly by taking bribe and giving jobs to incompetent and unqualified doctors for sake of money and because of this corruption by seniors these babies died
