I deepak gupta is facing the height of corruption in distt. kapurthala police.
police registered FIR (FIR no 104 dated 28-08-2014, PS phagwara city u/s 498A/406) against me and my mom in false dowry case without considering our statements, evidences and documents given and even without women cell counselling.
police also arrested my mom violating the Hon'ble SC Orders in Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar Case that says no direct arrest can be made in matrimonial cases.
SSP Dhanpreet kaur, SP Gursevak Singh Brar and SHO Balbir Singh and Ex-SHO Mr. Bal all were bribed by girl side.
SP Brar was asking me to pay him Rs.5,00,000 for not getting my mom and sister involved in the case. we simply denied and he registered FIR against me and my mom without considering or even looking at the statements and evidences of our innocence provided to the police officials.
i request u to kindly intervene and protect us from the hands of corrupted police officials.
