Navi Mumbai Builder demanding cash for parking
I purchased a flat from Arihant Superstructures Ltd. , a public limited company and one with ISO 9000 certification..:-)
The company is now illegally selling the parking space in black and also not giving possession to people who are not willing
to pay for the parking in black.
You need to do something about this ... this is asking for black money in open because they are confident that no action will be taken against them.
They are making a mockery of the Law and Supreme Court order.
I wonder why no action is taken against such unscrupulous companies.
Such builders should be exposed their license should be cancelled and the directors should be put behind bars.
