New LPG Connection
I amnew to the city and wanted to take a new LPC connection for domestic purpose. I approached the Local Gas Agency with all relevant documemnts. I was told that i need to pay Rs 5000 for a new connection whereas i knew the actual cost was around 1450 rupees.
The distributor insisted on 5000 bucks wherein he was selling me products like cooking oil, etc,etc raising the total bill to 5000.
I then checked the company website and found the contact number for customer complaints

I called them and within 5 working days my issue was taken care of.
Summary : Please put in some extra effort to research a bit and insist on not paying bribe.
