Nexus between clerk of iit roorkee and police officer.
I applied for passport in Dehradun office.After about one month a clerk of IIT Roorkee called me and asked for verification documents which are required by the police and a "fees" of Rs. 300.I thoroughly went through the process and inquired about this clerk.This clerk helps students get their passport(most probably original) by charging around Rs.2000 but if a person does everything himself he has to pay only Rs. 1000.I suspected that there is some sort of understanding between the police officer who needs to verify my documents and this clerk.I directly contacted the police officer and refused to pay Rs. 300.Meantime I also obtained contact nos. of senior police officers.Police officer submitted to my demand and submitted all documents without paying a single rupee.Apparently I found police officer more cooperative than clerk.
