no bribe then no normal person !!

this is the situation in our country
suppose we dont want to pay bribe for a ********** admission
i deserve to be in that ********** by my marks but there are many people there to give bribe
and the man there also is taking wrong benefit of his post
so just to get what i deserve and even just to be at normal position i need to pay bribe !!
this is a worst situation for all common man in india , it makes ur poorer
