The person asked money for 'photocopying' of documents. At first I thought it actually was for photocopy and took out 10 rupees. However, the bewildered and disgusted look made me realize what he was asking for. I still had 10 bucks in my hand and ultimately in disgust he just dismissed me from his presence. I did not pay the bribe.
