Refused to pay bribe.
When i was coming back from my work to my home from Tiruppur, Sub-Inspector Mr.Martin caught me at Avinashipalayam and asked me to show all my documents. Actually my friend was driving. He showed his license and the bike's RC book. But i missed my insurance document. He asked me to surrender my bike and to pay fine. He asked me to pay RS.1000 as fine amount. Is this really true? Is the fine for not having insurance for two wheeler is 1000rupees??
