There is no accountabilty
I m working in MNC. Company own a business place Near Meerut Uttar Pradesh. Being MNC paying bribes is not allowed.
Our assessment for last ten year are open. We are fighting the demands are various forums. Out product is a exempted product under Trade Tax and VAT. Still demands worrth Rs. 300 Crore were created on the company.
Finally in case we managed to get relief in Tribunal hearing. But authorities are still asking for bribes if the order of Tribunal is to be followed. Authorities openly ask for money. Even the order of appellate authroties are ignored. But no one listening.
again we have to go through the litigation heirarchy and reach high court who will take it a routine matter.
