On 30th Sep, I went to shopping near to my house and parked my bike…
On 30th Sep, I went to shopping near to my house and parked my bike where there are more bikes and cars parked already (There is a "No Parking" sign board in that parking place but it was damaged and can't able to get ) . Later,I completed my shopping and to get the bike but my bike was in not that parking place and also couple bike were also missing from that place. We asked the shop near they said traffic police took the bikes from that parking place but the traffic police took only 5-10 bikes in more than 100 of bikes. Later we move to the police station, In that station couple of traffic sergeant and one sub inspector were there we met sub inspector, he booked a case on us like no parking, insurance, number plate etc. For me he charged 760 rupees ( 100 for no parking, 160 for towing charge and 500 for driving vehicle with expired insurance doc ) and he gave option to me pay 500 or 760 rs. I move onto 500 so i give 500 rs to that sub inspector and i'm waiting for the receipt but he didn't issue . I asked "receipt sir" he said " you want receipt you need to pay 760" so i gave 760 rupees to get the receipt.
