Very tedious to get through process
I DID NOT paid the bride, i took the path less trodden by, and got my driving license made(both learning & permanent). Although the process is very trouble some at the suvidha center(I prefer to call it DUVIDHA center) in mini sectt in patiala. Nowhere it is mentioned what is process to be followed, but persistent asking on reception desk and "over-informed" people, i finaaaly made it through.
However, there is a tint of bribe involved, as SCANNING FEES/AFFIDAVIT have to still be purchased from local agents locate just outside the transport office in mini sectt. These are the roots where people prefer to goto to AVOID the lines and process. Licenses are made without proper driving tests.
