Dear Sir, I am working for pvt company , today evening while returning home from my work it was heavy raining so near puttanehalli traffic was fully jammed. So reach home I took right turn unfortunately it was one way and traffic police stopped and told it one way. I APOLOGISED my mistake and asked him to tell penalty for deviating the rules and provide the bill. So he asked me to come aside and checked all document and found correct. Later in front of me he was collecting bribe from others. Than i probe him again and again after 5 minutes he walked to bike and generated receipt for 400 rupees where it was charged for dangerous driving. I refused him to pay 400 because it incorrect and not fare. Since i did not bribe him he took the revange asking 400 rupees. I told since i had made mistake i will pay only for 1 way. But he was very rude and told if you are paying the money he will not live the vehicle and told his name as puttaswamy and told his code as 63 also mentioned repeatedly i have done this in 2010 fasle complant. I paid 400 rs my hard earn money. If this the way middle class people are treated i it very pain full than how we can stop bribe. I request you to please take action and warn him to do his duty promptly because of kind of people people are not respecting prompt officers. I cannot go to office without vehical because it is very far and my family is dependent me. Hope you will consider and provide justice one more think I have not signed in the acknowledgement becouse I wad against it..bribe from others
