To avoid misuse of 498a suggest three remedies shown on this page, it is after f.i.r. how to avoid misuse of it before f.i.r. is lodged. We r 65 yrs and my wife is of 62 and she wants to get out us from our own ancestral home and on denying it by my son, my daughter in law has taken away all jewellerys,cash, belongings, and my grand son , pancard of my son and important documents of my son with her four months back, on demanding our belongings simply told "bhul jao verna sabko aise fasaungi ke dekhte reh jaoge". we r helpless. Kindly reply urgently.
