Dear Team, First of all Congratulation for initiating this nice campaign! I have bought a flat in Noida (on Express Way) Sec 137 Paras Tierea. Now builder is offering possession and demanding Rs 30,000 for registration and giving rcpt only for Rs 10,000 (20 K is Lawer fee plus Bribe for Noida Authrity. It is well know that Noida Authority is following corrupt practicesin registration and many people have opposed it in past. I Really dont want to pay bribe and be part of corruption. Please suggest how can I register without paying a single rupee bribe and less hassle. We can set an example for other owner in our community as they are laughing at me when told them that I am not going to pay any bribe as I havent done anything wrong. Please suggest!!!
