Hello, I have purchased a bike which is registerd at alipur rto and was on loan,but the loan was cleared on 08/11/2012 and a noc along with form 35 was received from the financier, but the hypothecation was not removed from RC...now I want to transfer the registration of the bike in my name... My address falls under BARASAT rto....what process do I need to follow? Is the old noc of financier satisfactory?can online payment be made and appointment fixed?? Both rto are in WestBengal
