Hi,
My daughter was born on 15th November 2012, but in DOB certificate it has been mentioned as 15th December 2012. We haven't noticed that. Also there were printing mistakes of my name.
We approached the hospital where they told it is not possible now because we have already collected it from meeseva office.
Is it possible to correct it now ?
