How to file a complaint against police dept???
One of my neighbor before few days, and i have submitted my complaint to the nearer police station as well as police chouki. but they refused to register FIR, they told me that they will register FIR after inspection of the case, i am going there again and again everyday and they are saying me that inspector will go to your location for inspection but no one came till now. i am helpless...
