I built a new house in hosur. while the building construction I applied for temporary connection. in the hosur eb office they have got Rs 6000 and temporary connection given. now I completed construction and living for two months. when I asked to change the temporary connection to domestic connection they are telling a lamp post should be put near to my home and asking Rs10000. pl tell me the correct procedure and correct amount.
