I had licence from janakpuri delhi on najafgarh (delhi). I lost my licence a year back. And i have FIR from bahadurgarh (haryana) for that. But now i have changed my address from najafgarh to haryana. So please suggest me how i get the duplicate licence. As i have changed my address.
