I have gone to purchase e ticket from my ID,for train no 12041/Shatabdi Express.D.O.J is 25/01/17 class C.C but transaction failed .Amount has already debited from my account but not got ticket.Whether I have get back Amount or any process to get ticket from that amount.I How many time will take to return the amount to my account?
