I have planning to purchased a vehicle with Goa registration from one of my friend who is going abroad within few days.Now he told that he will send me the NOC from goa and also transfer the RC in my name.
Please tell what are the documents required for getting the vehicle in my name and the cost involved as i am going to drive the vehicle in tamil nadu Hosur,krishnagiri district.I am staying here for job purpose for last 1 year.
Please suggest, is it worth to take the vehicle and the risk involved.
