I was born in Bangalore. My father's name on birth certificate was written as 'Uttam Kumar Jain' and my mother's name was written as 'Meenakshi'. But on my 10th certificate (CBSE) my father's name is published as Úttam Jain P and my mother's name is written as Meenakshi Jain P. I want to change the names of my parents on birth certificate as published on my 10th certificate. What is the procedure to change their names on birth certificate? I require my Birth certifcate for passport (born on Sept 1,1992).
Please tell me the solution as soon as possible.
