If Agreement for Sale and its Registration is done in Sub-registrars…
If Agreement for Sale and its Registration is done in Sub-registrars Office. Stamp Duty, MVAT and Service Charges are paid then at the time of delivery of possession do I need to have Sale Deed done again with paying hefty charges. Or I am have option of doing Deed of Delivery of Possession done on Rs 100/- stamp paper ?
