Yes, it is possible. In many countries, property tax is in the public domain, because it is considered the right of every citizen to know what taxes others are paying. In India too, there are moves to make this data public. However, these efforts are always sabotaged by corrupt officials. e-Governance has not proceeded with the speed required. Please file an RTI and nobody can refuse you information of this nature.
