Mr Laxman Gundalguppi of Belgaum he is my cousin was arrested by mere suspesion of selling arrack on 14 April 2014 and he was allegedly beaten black and blue by Karnataka state excise police dpt belgaum inspector called R. B Hossali and his staff ......when his mother was summoned to excise office her son was being beaten and abuseed by his cast nayaka ( ST ) police staff belongs to upper cast ....the beaten were in such away tat he couldn't even walk or go to toilet and the same day he was remanded to jail soon after his entry he was admitted to govt hospital ......doctors too didn't treat him well due to the third degree torture and doctors neglegency the mother lost his only earning son on April 21 he died in hospital .....now the family is suffering like anything dead laxman has a widow mother and widow sister with her three minor children.......we gave a memorandum on the same day to DC SP AND EXCISE COMMOSSIONER OB BELGAUM to punish the above said excise police and doctors but till now no action is taken and no case is registered .now she wantsjustice so not getting what to do ...thinking of for PIL .....if any other ways are there so by tat she can get justice plz help her
