Thank you for your encouragement!. By corruption barometer, I assume you are refering to our 'Bribe Analytics'? New Delhi ranks fifth in the Top 5 most corrupt cities on our websites. The analytics automatically generates the data giving the user an idea of the most corrupt department and city along with the amount of bribe paid. I would also like to add that Delhi is listed as 'New Delhi' and not 'Delhi'.
