My consignment containing cosmetics for personal use is stuck at KOLKATA LCAO (KOLKATA CUSTOM) from 19/04/2018, with unspecified reasons . After calling LCAO, which directed me to Custom office, I was asked to provide my ID with address proof, transaction details, and seller invoice at foreignpostkolkata.wb@indiapost.gov.in , which i already submitted on 4th May, 2018. Since I am not a resident of Kolkata, it's not feasible for me to personally go there. I even agreed to pay the duties levied on delivery. Also, no matter how many times I tried to contact the Kolkata custom, nobody bothered to pick up any of the phones. Also, numerous times I have been misdirected by the customs authorities to call here and there. I am getting harrassed. I just want to know, if the parcels are cleared or not and when will i get them. Please help me
