My name is Sourav Kumar Porey and I paid a bribe of Rs.10000/- to ASI S Sen of Noapara Police station. He said if I paid the bribe my charge sheet would be reduced but I f I leak it he will destroy my life. A little offence was done by me, a man called me s a son of a pig, so I showed him some disrespect and some offensive language. Due to this he filed a FIR to Noapara PS West bengal, Barrackpore Commissionerate. Case No. is 201. Please tell me is it possible for the the ASI to reduce charge sheet by paying bribe or modify the charge sheet if not paid a bribe? Also if I can recover my lost money?
