My question is I want to start as wholesale bussiness of medicine in lucknow ,uttar pradesh i tried to get information most of them told me to need 1.5-2 lac to pay as bribe then only you can get licence
i don't want to pay extra amount apart from licence cost can it be possible
how do i proceed can any one tell me ?
