Sir at first I took n.o.c. from Ujjain office for my daughter and deleted her name from the ration card from Ujjain.Now I want to delete my name from the card and want n.o.c. so that I can add my name in my daughter's ration card.The Ujjjain office is telling me to give an affidavit rather than a deletion form .Is it justified or legal?
