Sir i m a bath handicap women of age 45 years. I am lying in my bed from the past 23 years approx. I don,t have any document such as birth certificate,schooling certificate and all.Due to lack of identity i m not getting any facilities from government. Sir my question is what all documents can be given in ought to apply for voter id card.?
