Unable to get B-Khatha for my house
I have given a letter in writing to Assistant Revenue Officer, BBMP Revenue office of ********** ********** nagar.
I am being made to visit the since 2 months to get the B-Khatha on my name.
This is their willfull tactic to get some money from me.
Every time I visit their office, they say that the concerned person has gone to bank, has gone to central office, has gone for a meeting.
Some times they say, I have given the file to other person, you go and ask that person.
So this kind of game is really frustrating and I am planning to go for Lokayuktha.
Please let me know the procedure.
