WE HAVE DEPOSITED TAX ON 13.04.2017 WITH OUR BANKERS AND THEY IMMEDIATELY GAVE US CHALLAN CONTAINING ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED FOR CIN. BUT AFTER 15 DAYS WHEN WE ENTERED THIS CIN, THE TIN FACILIATATION CENTRE SAID THAT CHALLAN MISMATCH. ON VERIFYING VOLTAS CHALLAN STATUS INQUIRY, WE COULD SEE A DIFFERENT CIN BUT TAN AND AMOUNT MATCH.
HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE? OUR BANKERS TRIED TO REPRINT BUT SAME CIN AS GIVEN ON DATE OF REMITTANCE IS PRINTED. BUT TIN.NSDL SHOWS A DIFFERENT CIN. SHALL WE PROCEED WITH TDS RETURNS WITH CIN AS PER TAN REFLECTED IN CHALLAN STATUS INQUIRY
